Yes! We are appointment based only, and you'll have exclusive use of the shop for up to two hours. If you cannot find a suitable time, please get in touch with us at appointments@ucbridal.com, and we will try our best to work with your availability.  

We will do our utmost to ensure that your appointment is relaxed and enjoyable, despite the current circumstances.  We kindly ask that you bring a maximum of three guests to your appointment. 

Please feel free to wear any shape fitting garments that you please and shoes of your choice.  Please also avoid tanning products prior to your appointment and opt for minimal make-up as both will help to keep our dresses clean. 

Our sample dresses range from size 16 to 30. If the sample is too large, it will be pinned in place. If it's too small, we'll discreetly adjust it to show you how your dress will look. Our designers can make dresses in a wide range of sizes up to 32. 

We sure do! We have a selection of sample dresses that you can take home on the same day. Please inspect your purchase before it leaves to ensure that you are comfortable with the size and look of the dress, as all sales are final. 

We celebrate :) take your measurements and begin ordering your gown. Your dress will be made to the nearest dress size and delivered to the shop approximately 12-16 weeks, sometimes sooner, before your wedding. We will contact you when your dress arrives to arrange for pick up.
