We wanted to share some important details regarding your waitlist request:

1. Waitlist Does Not Guarantee an Appointment: Please understand that being added to the waitlist places you in line, but unfortunately, it does not guarantee that an appointment slot will become available that matches your request.
2. How Openings Occur: We confirm scheduled appointments with our brides 24 to 48 hours prior to their visit. If a cancellation occurs during a time you indicated interest in, we then turn to our waitlist.
3. How We Contact You: If a suitable slot opens up, we will reach out directly to the first bride on the list whose request matches that specific opening. If that person is you, one of our consultants will contact you!
4. Communication Promise: We know you're excited! However, due to the significant volume of inquiries we're currently handling, we kindly ask that you refrain from calling or emailing the boutique to check on waitlist status.
5. Our Commitment: Please be assured, a consultant WILL contact you directly if a suitable appointment becomes available for you. If a specific opening arises but is filled by someone ahead of you on the list, we will do our very best to update you so you are not left waiting unnecessarily for that particular slot.
